The flowers in these galleries are treated as found objects; they are each in their own right beautiful, but none are exemplary examples of their genus. I am not looking for perfection, but just want to bring out an alternative beauty in each photograph.
Though I take many photographs, only some work with the conversion process, I don't care to find out all the reasons why this is the case, preferring to allow things just to happen. It seems a fair analogy for life really, a bit of unpredictability.

The images in the following galleries are named with their location co-ordinates. I feel that this additional information allows the original flower to live on long after it has wilted and the seasons have changed, a memorial if you like.
